Kitchens Kitchen is a family run pizza stall bringing authentic, handmade Neapolitan style pizzas to the Food Hall. Run by Craig Kitchen alongside his fiancée Ashley and their children, this independent business is built on simple, honest cooking using fresh, quality ingredients
.
Craig began his journey over 10 years ago as an apprentice on Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen programme, shaping his passion for great food done right. From slow fermented dough to carefully chosen toppings, every pizza is crafted with care and attention.
